Dr. Jeffrey Wade Phillips is a Chiropractic Doctor, Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), and Clinical Director with more than 33 years of dedicated service in advancing musculoskeletal health and patient-centered care. As Chief of Staff at Phillips-White Chiropractic Corporation in Redlands, California, he leads a multidisciplinary team of 10 chiropractic doctors contributing to helping over 100,000 different patients throughout his career. His clinical experience spans more than 250,000 spinal adjustments and the review of over 80,000 diagnostic X-rays, reflecting his deep expertise in spine health, biomechanics, and injury assessment.
Dr. Phillips provides second-opinion examinations, expert witness testimony, and Qualified Medical Evaluations. His leadership extends beyond patient care into operational excellence, guiding multi-clinic systems, mentoring new doctors, and shaping high-standard clinical protocols that prioritize safety, effectiveness, and compassion.
Throughout his career, Dr. Phillips has maintained a strong presence in community service and law enforcement volunteerism. His contributions include more than three decades to include the Sheriff’s Council, Specialized Services Bureau, retired Level I Reserve Deputy Sheriff, and work with the District Attorney’s Office as a Reserve Investigator. His training encompasses POST certifications, tactical operations, emergency response, and specialized investigative procedures.
Dr. Phillips’ professional affiliations include the American Chiropractic Association, California Chiropractic Association (former San Bernardino County President), and the Southern California University Alumni Association, where he served on the Board of Directors.
Dr. Phillips also serves on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards, providing strategic guidance on governance, growth, and risk management. The board roles draw on his deep experience and reflect on his longstanding commitment to helping organizations and their people.
Beyond his clinical expertise, Dr. Phillips is known for his remarkable personal experiences. He has cycled 133 miles in a single day, flown in a doorless Huey helicopter at 10,000 feet, and walked the basketball court located above the U.S. Supreme Court. He once found himself “too busy” to meet President Reagan—a decision he readily calls his worst scheduling mistake—and was even mistaken for actor Matt Damon while standing in the same room as the actor.
Guided by a lifelong commitment to service and integrity, Dr. Phillips’ passion is encouraged by the words of John Wesley: “Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can”—a mission reflected in every patient he serves, every student he mentors, and every community he supports.
